I just bought a 93 NIghthawk 750 and I am looking for a srevice/repair manual to change oil and tune up. I have tried a couple of web sites with no luck in downloading a manual. Any ideas where I can find one?

Clymer Honda CB750 Nighthawk 1991-1993 & 1995-1999 Service Repair Maintenance. Amazon has is for $23.07. Look around might find it a few $ less but it's well worth it.
